Attitude Shapes Your Health!

There is absolutely no question that having a good attitude has a direct impact on how you feel.  Think about it – if you complain a lot, people commiserate, you complain more, and you start looking for things to complain about.  You feel more of those negative things.

You find what you’re looking for!

There is a lot of scientific data to back this up.  It’s “psychoneuroimmunology.”

How you think, how you interact, the things you do, how you react – it all affects your health!

I have focused a lot on all of these things.  Forcing myself to look at the bright side, to interact with people even if I don’t really feel like it, observing things rather than reacting to them, and especially NOT WORRYING ABOUT WHAT OTHERS THINK OF ME, are all part of my daily routine.
